Ridge Line collects the following information when you create an account:
Your information is used solely to provide the Ridge Line service — storing your roofing job data and enabling team collaboration within your company. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). Data is isolated per company — no company can access another company's data.
If you choose to connect CompanyCam, your API token is stored securely in your company's database and is only used to sync job data with your CompanyCam account. We do not store any CompanyCam photos or project data beyond what is needed for the sync.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
Ridge Line is intended for use by roofing professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
